Office Cleaning Services

Our regular office cleaning services are daily or weekly, as required.

After enquiring about the service we will:

- visit your office at a convenient time for you (inc. evening and weekends).
- walk through your office with you.
- create a checklist of your requirements.

At the end of that first meeting we will discuss a day & time you would prefer your office to be cleaned.

The office cleaning service includes:

- cleaning all areas agreed.
- vacuuming & washing floors.
- cleaning mirrors and pictures.
- dusting and polishing furniture, cabinets, tables and work surfaces.
- wiping outside of cupboards.
- wet wiping telephone handsets and keyboards. 
- wet wiping door frames and skirting boards & window ledges.
- clean front of radiators.

We use Trigene which is an antibacterial agent which effectively kills most viruses and bacteria including Swine Flu (H1N1).

TriGene ADVANCE is certified using HIRL, EN and EPA approved protocols as:

• Bactericidal
• Fungicidal
• Virucidal
• Mycobactericidal
• Sporicidal

Payment

Typically from £16 per hour per person - we provide all cleaning materials and equipment.

We always provide a free no obligation estimate.

We are fully insured (copy of certificate can be supplied on request or follow the link on our homepage).

We will invoice you at the end of each calendar month. Payment is preferred by BACS (Bank Transfer) but can also be made by cash or cheque.
